Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) of Volt Belgium

The Electoral Board and the Board of Administrators of Volt Belgium are excited to invite you to the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) of Volt Belgium on Sunday 10 March 2024 from 18:30 to 19:30 CET, which will take place online. Please inquire with the Volt Belgium administration for the voting token and meeting link.

Context: The Board of Administrators suggested several amendments to the statutes, for which the members need to vote before they can be deposited at the Commercial Tribunal. During the EGA on 22 February 2024 we didn’t meet the quorum, which is why we need to vote again. In this case the quorum is not applicable anymore.

During this EGA we will vote on the proposed amendments, that can be found here.

Only effective members (as of 8 February 2024) have voting rights. Voting will be online and can therefore be done remotely as well. If you are unable to vote on the day, you can give your vote to another member by forwarding this convocation with the personal voting token to the person of your choice.
