Practicalities

Lunch will be offered (variety of vegan, vegetarian and other sandwiches)
Tea, coffee, water is available. We recommend you to bring your own mug and a refillable bottle
The General Assembly will be chaired by Volt members Xander Rzepka & Anouschka Defraeye

Voting
All information about the internal elections can be found on our dedicated page.
As usual, voting will take place online via our voting platform Tusker, WiFi access will be provided on site. Members, as of 8 January, can find in their personal voting link in the formal convocation sent on Sunday, 19 January around 10.30pm Belgian time with the subject “Convocation/Convocatie: General Assembly 08-02-2025 9.30am - Volt Belgium”.
Members will receive a reminder to vote and with a link to the voting token the day before the General Assembly. Should you not have received the convocation nor a reminder, but you think you are a member, please contact [email protected]
Afterparty drinks in Brussels
After the GA, we will go to CoHop for a few drinks, only 10 minutes walk from the auditorium. starting at 20.00, a comedy show will begin. The attendance is free, but please register https://punchlinesontap.eventbrite.be/ and be generous during the show with tipping the comedians.
